A Small Something

The ducks were a hoot yesterday. (Oops, I’m mixing my birds.) For the past week or two I’ve seen them pairing up and laying claim to prime nesting spots. I guess that’s because it’s been unseasonably warm for January. Then yesterday there was a whole lot of showing off going on. All sorts of wing beating and jumping and diving under water–very fun to watch.
